There’s something beautifully simple about returning to the way we used to cook.
Tallow was once an everyday kitchen staple — a traditional cooking fat used for generations before our shelves became filled with highly refined oils.
Our Bone Broth Tallow comes from the nourishing fat that naturally rises during the making of our Beef Bone Broth. We carefully collect and render it, creating a beautiful cooking fat that we use in our own kitchen all the time.
Tonight, it was the beginning of a curry — tallow into the pan, then onion and garlic gently sautéed before the rest of the ingredients went in.
It’s wonderful for sautéing, frying and roasting — and particularly good for those crispy roast potatoes. 🤌
Sometimes nourishment isn’t about adding more.
Sometimes it’s simply about returning to good, traditional food. 🤍
