Hi valued clients,

I am moving in three weeks (end of Nov) and have decided not to work from home anymore. Chronic Pain Clinic will be closed indefinitely. If you need a tuneup , please make sure you book within the next two weeks.

I thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing journey. Some of you have become amazing friends . I wish you all the best.

I’m going to focus on spending quality time with my son as he goes through adolescence. He is injured and will be out of action for 12 weeks with a torn ACL and Meniscus tear.

My time with him is so cherished and he is growing up so fast and will no longer need me soon.

The number one problem people come to see me for is shoulder issues especially mobility.

After using acupuncture , cupping and guasha to loosen up the muscles I normally give these two types of exercises as homework.
