First aid certificates are valid for 3 years. CPR needs a refresh every 12 months. And yes we will come to you. 😅

Let's be honest. First aid and CPR are not exactly glamorous. 🤣

Annie helps us lightening what can be a dark and scary topic, because more often than not the time we need to use these skills it is on someone we know and care about.

So as creepy as Annie is, she is our mascot!

Annie is our most well-travelled team member, and honestly one of the best Trainers we have! She shows up to every session, demands attention from the moment she arrives, and has absolutely no filter. She will let anyone practice on her, she never complains she just gets on with the job.

Annie has been in corporate boardrooms, school halls, childcare centres and even detention centres. She has been held upside down by a very enthusiastic Year 5 student, she has been dressed up., she has been dropped. She has heard things in those training rooms that she keep as a secret, because what happens in first aid training stays in first aid training.! 😉

What we will say is that every single person who has ever practiced on Annie has walked away knowing something they didn't know before and that is the whole point.
