Being named a finalist in two categories at the Ipswich Region Business Excellence Awards was such an honour.
When I saw that this yearโs theme was Authenticity and Confidence, I felt a real connection to it.
When I started F.A.S.T. Training Australia 16 years ago, I set out to build a business that reflected my values. I promised myself I would trust my instincts, back myself and never lose sight of what mattered most.
For me, that meant building a strong foundation where my team felt supported, heard and appreciated. Where our clients felt valued and where every student was treated as a person, not just a number.
That foundation has allowed us to grow into the business we are today, and itโs something Iโm incredibly proud of.
Iโm so grateful to my team, our loyal clients, our students and the many people who have cheered us on along the way. Your support has played such an important part in our journey.
To be named a finalist for Business Person of the Year and Professional Services was a real honour and a moment to reflect on how far this journey has come.
