Trust the Intelligence of Your Own Spirit
The wisdom within you has never stopped speaking.
There is something within you that knows you more deeply than anything outside of you ever could.
It is your Spirit — the essence of who you are, the spark of life connected to your heart, the part of you that has been present through every experience, every change, every moment of your existence.
Your Spirit is not separate from you. It is you.
It knows your history, the experiences you have lived, the things you carry and the things you may not yet understand about yourself. It knows how, where, when and why things have come to be within you, even when your conscious mind cannot see the whole picture.
And through this connection, your Spirit is also connected to the greater intelligence of life itself — the life force of the universe, of which we are all a part.
Perhaps you have felt it before.
That quiet feeling that something isn't right, even when everything looks right on the surface.
A gentle hesitation when a path seems perfect on paper, yet something within you asks you to pause.
Or the unexpected pull towards something that makes little sense to the logical mind, yet feels right in a way you cannot quite explain.
Sometimes this is how your Spirit gets your attention. Not by demanding, not by forcing, but by inviting you to notice.
Don't go there.
Look a little closer.
This way.
Yet how often have we been taught to dismiss these feelings?
We learn to trust what we can see, what we can explain, what others tell us is sensible or acceptable. We absorb the beliefs, expectations and experiences of those around us. We learn what we should want, how we should think and which choices we should make.
Over time, the voices of our programming can become so familiar that we mistake them for our own knowing.
We may talk ourselves out of what we feel. We may override our intuition because it doesn't fit the evidence in front of us, or because trusting it means stepping away from what others expect.
And sometimes, we become so accustomed to looking outside ourselves for answers that we forget to listen within.
This isn't a reason to judge ourselves. We have all been shaped by what we have experienced and what we have been taught.
But perhaps it is an invitation to reconnect.
To become curious about that quiet knowing within us. To give ourselves permission to pause, to listen and to consider what our own Spirit may be communicating.
Trusting your Spirit doesn't mean you will always understand the message straight away. It doesn't mean every feeling must be followed without question. It means allowing space for a deeper part of yourself to be heard, rather than automatically dismissing it.
It means recognising that your logical mind and your Spirit do not have to be in opposition. There is room for thought, reflection and discernment, alongside the intelligence that lives within you.
In Holographic Kinetics, we acknowledge the importance of trusting your own Spirit.
Your Spirit is central to the healing journey because it holds a knowing of you that no one outside of you can replace.
A practitioner does not need to become the authority on your inner world. The role is to walk alongside you, to facilitate the process and to support you in exploring what is there, while respecting the intelligence of your own Spirit.
Your healing is not about handing your knowing over to someone else. It is about creating the opportunity to listen more deeply to yourself.
Your Spirit knows how, where, when and why things have been created within you. It holds a relationship with your own experiences that cannot simply be understood by looking at the surface.
And perhaps, as you begin to listen, you may discover that the part of you you have been searching for has never been lost.
Perhaps it has been waiting for you to hear it beneath the expectations, the learned beliefs, the noise and the many voices that have told you who you should be.
You do not need to have all the answers today.
You do not need to force yourself to know.
Sometimes, the beginning is simply a moment of stillness. A willingness to notice what you feel. A little less dismissal, and a little more trust.
Because beneath everything you have learned to believe about yourself, there is still the essence of you.
Your Spirit. Your connection to life. Your own intelligence, quietly present.
Perhaps it is time to listen.
Not to become someone else, but to reconnect with the part of you that has always known you.
