Meet Dr Ras Singh at Wambo Medical! 👩⚕️
Many members of the Jandowae and wider community have already had the pleasure of meeting Dr Ras Singh over the past week. If you haven’t had the opportunity yet, Dr Ras is now welcoming new patients and has appointments available at Wambo Medical.
Originally from the sunny, tropical region of Malaysia, Dr Ras relocated to the United Kingdom to study Medicine, graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2011.
Following graduation, she spent seven years working across a variety of medical specialties in the UK before making the move to Australia.
Since arriving in Australia, Dr Ras has gained extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Medicine, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Rehabilitation, and most recently as a Resident Medical Officer in Orthopaedics at Redcliffe Hospital and most recently Chinchilla Medical Practice.
Outside of medicine, Dr Ras loves baking and proudly describes herself as a “master baker,” delighting family and friends with her homemade treats.
