Fam… did you miss me? 🫣

Because I surely have missed you!

I won’t lie, closing the studio which was my life, my soul took a hit, thanks covid! However, after a solid hiatus (sorry, where did two years just go? 🤯), I’m dipping my toes back into teaching and so Ayama will be back in a new form.

We won’t be a studio, but we will still be your hour to catch your breath and come back to yourself again.

It takes a village and so I reach out to you beautiful humans for your help!

We need a space, it can take any form! We’re thinking community halls/dance studios/other studios/or anywhere we can lay a mat.

If you know of a suitable space, please flick me a message!

And most importantly, please let me know below if you’d like me to send you the info once we’ve got it all sorted!

I simply cannot wait to be stepping back on the mat and seeing your beautiful faces! It has been far too long!

Hey gang!

Classes are up for August.

🌈 There are 7 max in class so be sure to book your classes early!

Unfortunately as we are now hiring a space we also have to work around other yogis and the studio is already booked for the Wednesday nights in August.

Meaning we will only be having class Monday and Saturday's and due to this I will be making both classes Hatha instead of the Monday a Back to Basics.

Don't sweat if the Monday is your usual class, I will give an easier adjustments and as always, will be mindful of who is in class (some of you I know are definitely not beginners any more 😆)

Likewise if Wednesday is your usual class, my counting is just as good on a Monday too 😜

I have also implemented a 12 hour change/cancellation policy to help the smaller class numbers. If you can no longer attend your booked class please let me know as soon as possible so I'm able to let others know who might be on the waitlist.

It goes without saying but if you have been in a COVID-19 hotspot or have been feeling unwell I ask that you do not come to class. If this is the case again, please let me know ASAP and we can reschedule you.

I appreciate your continued support and patience at the moment yogis!

‼️Can we have your attention please!‼️

We have some super, super exciting news!

We’re re-opening! Well, sort of.

As you know we unfortunately had to close our Jannali studio. However, we have found ourselves the most beautiful new yoga home just a hop, skip and a jump away in Sutherland! We will now be based in the divine space known as Healing Inside Out.

There will be a few changes. If the iso-life taught me anything it was that I need to slow the 🤭 down! I was teaching close to 25 classes a week and quickly burning myself out. I also have gotten super used to having dinner at a normal time (instead of 11pm when I was getting home!) 😅

So! We will have just 3 classes a week:
🖤 Monday • 6pm • Back to Basics
🖤 Wednesday • 6pm • Hatha
🖤 Saturday • 8am • Hatha

Classes will remain small with a max of 9 but with restrictions still in place classes will currently be maxed out at 7. I will be following government advice (and my own judgement) on when this will increase. Bookings are still essential and you can do so as you usually would on the website!

If you were previously on a 5/10 class pass, these have been updated and are still good to use (if you have any questions about this please message me!)

I ask that you please bring your own mats (and blocks/bolsters if you have them)

Classes in sutherland will commence 1st July, they’re all up online ready for you to book your place.

I am so beyond excited to see you all again in person and not behind a screen!! 💃🏼
