INTUITIVE ART WORKSHOP -
SATURDAY 15th August - from noon
"PAINTING THE UNCONSCIOUS"
Duration: 2.5–3 hours
Suitable for: Adults of all experience levels. No artistic experience is required.
About This Workshop:
Intuitive Art is not about creating a perfect painting. It is an invitation to slow down, become present, and allow creativity to emerge without judgement or expectation.
Throughout this workshop, we will explore colour, shape, movement and emotion using acrylic paints on canvas. Rather than following step-by-step instructions, you'll be encouraged to trust your own intuition, emotions and imagination.
We will talk about Shadow Work, Spirit Guides and how Art can be used to help connect, enhance and even heal in different ways.
This experience is suitable for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. There is no right or wrong way to create. Your painting becomes a reflection of your own inner experience in this moment.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with:

Sharing your artwork is always optional. This workshop is a judgement-free space where everyone's creative expression is respected.
After a little theory, participants will begin their own Intuitive Painting (on a 30x40cm canvas with acrylic paints), which you will then take home with you after the workshop for reflection (or to add to over time)
All materials are provided, including a beautiful workbook written by Lyllith, as well as tea, coffee and cold water. Feel free to bring an apron and please wear comfy clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on!
