In yoga, we learn that surrender (Ishvara Pranidhana) isn’t about giving up—it’s about stepping out of your own way and trusting the process.

You don’t need to know the ‘how’ or the ‘when.’ Just take a deep breath, ground into the present moment, and trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should. 🧘‍♀️💫

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just looking for a gentle, grounding way to start your weekend, these sessions are designed for everyone (16+). We’ll move, breathe, and focus on reducing stress in a warm, welcoming space where you can truly feel at home.

Bring your mat, a towel, and set aside an hour for yourself to reset for the weekend. Huge thank you to Kindira Monarch Glen and Enriching Communities Monarch Glenfor making these sessions possible! 💚
