Living Beings Australia Living Beings is a passionate advocate of holistic health & wellbeing, conscious living, self-love and connectedness with all life.

Hello, and thanks for visiting! I'm passionate about integrating spiritual development with health & wellbeing. Both professionally & personally, I've found that the greatest health improvements come with personal & spiritual growth. My work aims to harmonise all aspects of your being into a complete whole - or rather, to facilitate you to clear & let go of whatever is keeping you from your natural state: of wholeness, great health, wellbeing, abundance & happiness. To facilitate this, I offer BodyMind Therapy and Ka Huna Bodywork. I also offer Remedial Massage for those who need more specific treatment at the physical level. For more information on my services, including client testimonials, see my website. For enquiries & bookings, call me on 0419 739 312 or The Lightworkers Cottage on (07) 3358 2045. Blessings,
Nicholas Bestevaar.

Hoarding of any kind - possessions, wealth, power, friends, lovers, achievements - is at its core an attempt to hoard life. It’s a hedge against death. It is, of course, futile. It never banishes the terror. Only acceptance and embrace of the truth of our finite existence allows us to fully live in peace.

People mask because they believe that’s how the world works.
Don’t play that game.
Remain authentic.
Honour one another.

Beware the temptation to vengeance - it keeps you trapped in a battle against yourself. :)

May our hearts feel the warmth of our own embrace.

In Living Beings worldview, it’s not enough to just live a life of personal pursuits. We must also contribute to the wellbeing of the Living Planet and of humanity. This brings true personal fulfilment.

“In the real world, I think it’s just work. I don’t think it’s rapture. I think it’s small moments of self love and understanding and integrity stringed together by a lot of horsesh*t in between.”
Brene Brown on the process of healing self-worth.
