One of the perks of rearranging for the markets is having to fully redo my mini display in the Envision Healing Holistic Services space where we hold events.

I will be back in the space Monday 31st of August afternoon prior to the Women's Circle- August 31st for any Pick Up orders made online.

Otherwise delivery and postage is available for any orders.

Tonight’s Full Moon is a chance to release what you don’t want to keep carrying.

You don’t need a big ritual or the perfect words. Just take a moment to acknowledge what has been taking up too much space and make the choice to let some of it go.

Ways you can release tonight:
• Write down what you’re ready to leave behind, then safely burn or tear up the paper
• Sit outside under the moon and take a few slow, intentional breaths
• Write what has been weighing on you lately
• Have a shower or bath and visualise the heaviness washing away
• Move your body, stretch, dance or shake out some of that built up tension
• Light a candle or incense and spend a few minutes in meditation
• Ask yourself: What am I holding onto that I no longer need?

Release doesn’t mean pretending something never happened.

Sometimes it simply means deciding that it doesn’t get to take up the same amount of space in you anymore.

Take what you need from tonight. Leave behind what you don’t.

Two people who absolutely influenced my love of glitter, sparkles, being unapologetically over the top and having the confidence to exist outside of what is considered “normal”. ✨

There is a lot of change happening in the world right now and sometimes it is important to simply sit with the physical and emotional feelings that come with that. To acknowledge them, feel them and let them be what they are.

For me, the passing of Dolly Parton and Tim Curry has made me reflect on the purpose people bring into this world and the influence they can have without ever knowing it.

There is something pretty incredible about living so authentically that pieces of who you are continue to influence people you have never even met.

Sometimes these moments are a beautiful reminder to acknowledge what someone brought into the world, the lives they influenced and the permission they gave others to be a little more themselves.

Last year I sold a lot of my books and POP! Figures but these are 2 items that remained on display on my bookshelf for the last 6.5 years that I lived in my house. An acknowledgement of one of my all time favourite movies I watch over and over again. And an acknowledgement of an awesome women who unapologetically owned who she was.

I’ve been putting together a range of gift packs using some of the beautiful products we stock that are perfect for birthdays, thank you gifts, self care treats or just something a little different.

I’ll have a selection available at the Kadina Markets this Saturday but you can also preorder yours so you don’t miss out.

Simply follow the store link, place your order and select "Pick Up". I’ll have everything packed and put aside ready for you to collect from me at the markets.

I also have 10 Oud Gift Packs available, which would make such a good Father’s Day gift. The Oud scents are rich, warm and woody and are a great option for the men who aren’t usually into traditional incense. These are first in best dressed, so if you’ve got your eye on one, I’d definitely order before Saturday.

Tonight has been consumed by sorting all my stock for the Kadina Rotary Markets this Saturday morning.

This will be my first markets where I am actually selling items and not just advertising events held by myself and Envision Healing Holistic Services.

I have put together some little gifts packs and have items that those who have attended events actually havent even seen yet!

I also have the most amazing Oud incense packs that are perfect as a fathers day gift (honestly they all smell like the most amazing aftershaves! Im obsessed!).

As I offer Pick Up in the Kadina area I am accepting orders in advance that will be ready and able to be collected at my stall on Saturday morning or between 4pm and 6:30pm Friday evening.

Just 2 more sleeps until the Full Moon Fire Release - August 28th and tickets are filling up!

So far for this event we have men and women who are attending for their first time as well as returning from the last time we held this event!

It also looks like the weather will be perfect we will be able to do the full fire immersion and Release!

One of the things we love most about these spaces is being able to hold a safe, supportive space for release.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we’re carrying until we finally give ourselves the space to put some of it down. To feel it. To acknowledge it. To release what we’re ready to leave behind.

We have two beautiful opportunities coming up to do exactly that with our Women’s Circle and our Full Moon Fire Release.
