✔ Helping patients feel welcome & supported

About you:

✨ Friendly, organised, and confident with people
✨ Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic

With two legendary clients and fellow runners over the weekend at Mundy Regional Park .Dan and Shoba. I’ve managed their aches and pains with great stability clinical pilates programmes. They are running this weekend (and probably running around San Francisco today). Totally inspiring for me as I return from a nasty lumbar spine - right hip injury. The joy of running is in the opportunity to reconnect with nature , friends and my body

It was wonderful meeting up with my colleague Elena Von Rosenberg today, who has developed an incredible new medical device called Pocket Physio. I’m really excited to be the first clinic to partner up with Elena to use this device and share the wonderful benefits of it with my patients.

Ankle rehabilitation. Even if you have a fracture you can, and must keep moving in order to maintain stability and control through the rest of your body. Because movement is the best medicine. PS. Perfect technique there
