💜 What's New at Total Muscle Harmony?
A fresh new look and exciting services
The clinic has undergone a significant change, including a new location within the property and an expansion of services which many might not be aware of. After completing a certificate Facial Skincare and Head Spa, I'm delighted to now offer our beautiful Japanese Head Spa and Facial experiences alongside my remedial massage and other relaxation treatments.
These additions allow me to offer even more ways for you to relax, unwind and enjoy some well-deserved self-care.
I'm also in the process of designing a brand-new website and setting up a new business email address. These changes will help create a more streamlined and welcoming experience for you, with all the information about Total Muscle Harmony and our services in one place.
Moving to Halaxy for bookings in the New Year
Another important update is that I will be transitioning to Halaxy as the clinic's new booking system in the New Year.
As part of this change, deposits will be required to confirm your appointments. I understand that a change to the way we book and secure appointments may raise questions, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns. I'm more than happy to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
I'll share the new booking details and email address with you once everything is ready to go.
🌏 An Exciting Professional Opportunity — Japan!
I'm incredibly excited to share that I will be travelling to Japan on Monday, 19 October, to compete for Australia and take on the role of Sports Therapist to eight Australian senior teams.
This is a wonderful professional opportunity, and I'm honoured to be part of the Australian contingent.
I will be returning to the clinic on Friday, 6 November 2026, and I'm hopeful that we can have everyone's appointments organised so that we can get back into our usual routine as close to my return as possible.
🎳 Another Important November Date — Queensland Representative Bowling
I'm also excited to share that I'll be representing Queensland at the TBA50 Nationals at Suncity, Sunshine Coast!
As a result, I will be unavailable for clinic appointments from Friday, 20 November, returning to work on Saturday, 28 November 2026.
This will be my final representative commitment for the year, and I'm looking forward to returning to the clinic and getting back into our usual routine.
I've also recently had the privilege of presenting a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality, Gua Sha, in Bali. I'll be presenting this course again in Newcastle, NSW, later in November.
With these commitments, you may notice that some appointment availability appears booked out in the current booking system. Please don't panic if you can't see a suitable time online. Feel free to reach out to me directly, and we can discuss your appointment needs.
