🌏🍋 On the menu at Forward to the Future’s Multicultural Cooking group: delicious Turmeric Chicken, followed by a homemade Lemon Ricotta Cake! 👨‍🍳✨

Led by Chef Dan (qualified in Commercial Cookery & Patisserie), everyone gets a hands-on experience tailored to their unique abilities and dietary requirements - learning step-by-step techniques from prep to plating.

More than just nourishment, this program is a cultural exchange that fosters togetherness. Our fellow food lovers get to explore the world through flavours, build practical skills and create lasting friendships around the table. 💚

(P.S. If you notice a slight yellow glow on a few faces in the photos... let’s just say the turmeric did its job. Worth it! 🤫💛)

Safe to say the FTTF multiverse was completely cooked! 💥🤪

Between one extremely committed K-pop demon hunter, surprise Trump appearances, a genuinely unsettling gorilla and enough Star Wars prizes to fund a small rebellion… the Heroes vs Villains social delivered exactly the chaos we ordered 🦸‍♂️🦹‍♀️⚔️

But behind the costumes? Confidence. Connection. People trying something new and absolutely owning it. That’s the best part of our socials - fun on the surface, growth underneath.

Over this 5-week block, our Health & Wellbeing group takes on a mix of physical activities - whether we’re dodging balls, shooting hoops, or hitting up the local pools.

It’s all about building real-world skills, social connection and solid routines that actually stick. This week was a total masterclass in teamwork, packed with laughs and some seriously high-energy competition! 🏀🔥
