Deep restorative hot stone ka huna massage. Over 14 years of experience and 10 years in my own practice, holding space for your healing. My work extends beyond these one-on-one sessions. Each year the desert and the Kimberley call me in to walk with First Nations, sitting round their fire, listening, learning and connecting. Healing the great divide of us and them. I run 7 day pilgrimages with women sitting out on country, listening and learning together. That’s where I will be this winter.

I also offer rituals around my fire in the Yarra Valley for us to deepen into connection with nature and our deep inner nature. All gatherings are up on my Gather Australia page and website.

I've been working with Ka Huna massage, Lomi Lomi and Ili ili hot stone massage for almost 15 years now. I highly recommend longer sessions to support the restoration of the nervous system. When our nervous system is regulated our bodies ability for self-healing is restored. Having massage as a regular practice can reduce stress in a way that you can better self-regulate. I've even seen clients improve greatly in their self-care as well as mental and emotional wellbeing. Let's take the time to really nurture...

I offer longer sessions to really take the time to nurture and support your body, particularly the nervous system and emotional body.

Restorative Healing through re-story-ing

This year I am offering an opportunity within my massage sessions for people to work with patterns and repetitive stories. Those stories that are on repeat, where we can fall victim to life circumstances. I have found great healing and restoration from releasing myself from these stories and from reframing to change the story to restore, re-story. How can our stories empower us, how can we find the gifts to bring us deeper into our giving to this world?

Over the last 2 years I have been working in the realms of ancestral healing. Noticing family patterns within myself, noticing inherited illnesses and taking a deeper look at their origins. When we return to origins we find the roots. For me healing isn’t about cutting out the pain, it’s about becoming whole again and calling back the parts of ourselves that were maladapted (or possibly well adapted) in times of stress and trauma.

I offer 3 hour restorative sessions in my dome working with massage to restore our nervous system, re-story our life and heal the wounds we have inherited from our ancestors. I believe collectively this is the time we are in. A time of seeing beyond the veil of modernity, so that we can restore our health and vitality, use our privilege to heal what our ancestors could not heal and create a world of health, of thriving ecosystems within our bodies, our communities and our natural world. Restoring our own health is a part of restoring the whole ecosystem.
