Sometimes, healing begins with simply knowing you don’t have to carry it all alone. 🌿

You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to be ready. You don’t have to have all the answers.

Just breathe. Rest. And when you’re ready, take one gentle step back toward yourself. 🤍

If this speaks to the part of you that has been quietly surviving, know that there is space for you here.

✨ When you’re ready to move from survival into remembering, reach out. I’m here.

✨ How do you break a soul contract? ✨

You don't destroy it.
You renegotiate it.

Soul contracts aren't punishments.
They were agreements made for growth, protection, or survival—
often before this lifetime,
sometimes across lifetimes.

But what was once medicine
can become a cage.

🔥 See it first.
Name the pattern. Journey inward. Ask your soul what you agreed to.

🙏 Honor its purpose.
Ho'oponopono dissolves the charge:
"I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

✂️ Renegotiate with Spirit.
Fire ceremonies. Cord cutting. Written release to flame or water.

🌙 Retrieve what you gave away.
Soul parts invested in old contracts must come home.

🌺 Clear the ancestral line.
Womb healing. Epigenetic clearing.
Free seven generations.

🕊️ Create anew.
Anchor a new agreement aligned with your highest path.

The deepest contract?
The one you hold with your own wounded self.
That is where the true breaking—
and the true becoming—
happens.

What are you ready to renegotiate? 👇

E Kare Ma,

My 😍 🌹

To the one in survival mode:

You don't have to hold it all together right now. Not for me. Not for anyone.

I know that place—the quiet exhaustion of becoming whatever is needed just to get through. The part of you that learned to be strong because there was no other choice. The one who has been carrying so much, for so long, that rest itself feels unsafe.

I want you to know: you are not too much. You are not broken. And you are not alone.

I have walked through my own valley. I have sat with the little ones inside me who needed someone to stay. I have learned, slowly, how to become my own ground. And from that place, I want to be a Pou for you—a quiet pillar, a steady presence. Not to fix you. Not to rush you. Just to be here.

You don't have to unpack anything today. You don't have to be ready. But when you are, there is a hand reaching back. There is space here. There is breath. There is time.

You have been surviving. That is enough for now. And when the day comes that you want more than survival, I will be here.

Gently. Always gently.

Tihei

Something is birthing…

There are moments when healing asks us to stop searching outside ourselves and begin the journey home — back to our own sovereignty, our own knowing, and the parts of ourselves waiting to be reclaimed.

Reclamation of the Sovereign Self is a new unfolding within the Soul Retrieval work — an initiation into remembering, reclaiming and meeting the darkness not as something to fear, but as a sacred space where transformation can begin.

This is for those who feel the call to stop running, take responsibility for their own healing, and gather the scattered pieces of themselves with compassion and courage.

🌿 Not a course. An initiation.
🌿 Not a technique. A remembering.

More will be revealed when the time is right.

For now, simply ask yourself:

“Am I ready to reclaim what has always been mine?”

If your heart whispers yes, perhaps the journey has already begun. 🖤

With deepest aloha,
Whaea Kat

The First Pillar: Why We Begin with LomiLomi

There is a story told in Hawaiʻi about a healer who was asked, "How do you know where the sickness lives?"

She answered, "I do not look for sickness. I look for where the breath has stopped moving."

---

Before the soul retrieval. Before the womb healing. Before we dive into the shadow work or unpack the epigenetic inheritance—we begin here. With the body. With the touch. With LomiLomi.

Not because the body is where the problem started. But because the body is where the remembering must begin.

I have watched it happen a hundred times. A client walks in carrying years in their shoulders. Not just muscle tension. Years. The unspoken argument. The grief they swallowed because there was no time to bleed. The boundaries they held so rigidly their jaw became a fortress.

They think they are coming for relaxation.

They do not yet know they are coming home.

---

LomiLomi is the first pillar because it does not ask you to analyze your trauma. It does not hand you a worksheet or a mantra to repeat until it loses meaning. It asks something far more ancient and far more terrifying:

Can you let yourself be held?

Truly held. Not fixed. Not optimized. Not pushed through a protocol.

The practitioner places their hands with pule—with prayer—and the rhythm begins. Long, continuous strokes like the ocean against the shore. No forcing. No conquering. Just presence. Just Aloha in its original form: the breath of life meeting the breath of life.

And somewhere in that rhythm, the armor begins to dissolve.

Not because it was broken down. Because it was finally seen.

---

Your body has been keeping score in a language older than words. The tightness in your chest when you hear a certain tone of voice. The way your stomach clenches before you even know you are afraid. These are not flaws. They are letters your nervous system wrote when no one was listening.

LomiLomi is the first pillar because it teaches the body that someone is listening now.

The touch moves like wai—like water—finding the spaces between the ribs, the hollow behind the knee, the place at the base of the skull where you hold the weight of every decision you were never taught to trust yourself to make. And in that touch, the body begins to exhale stories it did not know it was narrating.

This is not massage. This is reconciliation.

Between you and the skin you live in. Between the present self and the child who learned that safety meant holding still. Between the breath you were born with and the shallow, guarded breathing you adopted to survive.

---

I call LomiLomi the first pillar because every other healing modality I teach—soul retrieval, womb work, the Jaguar path, Hoʻoponopono—they all rest on this foundation.

You cannot retrieve a soul into a body that feels unsafe to inhabit.

You cannot do womb healing if your nervous system still believes touch is a transaction or a threat.

You cannot walk the way of the Jaguar if your own flesh feels like foreign territory.

LomiLomi is the homecoming. The threshold. The moment you step through the door and the ancestors nod because they have been waiting for you to arrive in your own skin.

---

The healer in the story did not chase sickness. She followed the stopped breath. And when the breath began again—when the ha flowed—she did not take credit.

She simply stepped back.

And let the body remember what it always knew.

This is where we begin.

Not with fixing.

With remembering.

Not with doing.

With allowing.

The first pillar is not a technique. It is a return.

Aloha kekahi i kekahi.

Love one another. Beginning with yourself.

---

Where are you holding your breath?

Drop a 🌊 if you feel the call to come home to your body.

Beloved, 🌹🌹🌹

Something is birthing.

Not from the light. Not from the striving. But from the breath between the breath — that ancient pause where the soul remembers who it was before the world told it who to be.

Reclamation of the Sovereign Self.

A journey back to your own sovereignty. A remembering wrapped in aroha. A pilgrimage through the dark — not to be rescued, but to be found by your own hand.

We are weaving a new module into the Soul Retrieval work. A living teaching born from the void itself, where Te Kore holds you not as an escape, but as a preparation. Where the puoro sounds — the clarion call of the Ancients — not to save you, but to walk beside you as you choose to face what waits in the dark.

This is for the ones who are ready to stop running.
For the ones who know their healing is their own sacred responsibility.
For the ones who hear the ancient hum in their bones and know: it is time to come home.

You will learn to trust your darkness as sanctuary.
To let the Ancient Ones meet you there.
To gather your scattered pieces with your own sovereign hands.
And to carry them — gently, wholly — from Te Kore into Te Ao Mārama.

This is not a course. It is an initiation.
Not a technique. It is a remembering.

A taste. A whisper. A breath.

More will be revealed when the time is right.

For now, beloved, simply ask your heart:

Am I ready to reclaim what has always been mine?

If you hear the yes — even as a tremor, even as a tear — the puoro is already sounding for you.

Sometimes our bodies tell us what we need before we consciously realise it.

A tired mind, tense shoulders, a heavy feeling, or simply the need to pause can all be gentle reminders to check in with ourselves.

🌿 Give yourself permission to slow down.
🌿 Listen to your tinana.
🌿 Make space for your wairua.

Your wellbeing deserves your attention, too. 🤎

What is your body asking for today — rest, movement, connection, or a little more care?

🌙 Your soul was never broken. It was only quieted. 🌙

I want to share something that has been living in my heart lately, and I think some of you need to hear it.

In the Māori worldview, your wairua—your spirit—did not arrive here as a blank slate. It descended from Te Kore, the infinite void of pure potential, carrying a specific frequency that only you can hold.

This is what I call your Original Harmonic Blueprint: the sacred architecture of your soul before the world layered static over your signal.

Think about it for a moment.

Before the trauma.

Before the conditioning.

Before the forgetting.

There was a you that was pure, clear, and whole. Not naive. Not untouched by life. But undistorted.

Your blueprint is not something you must build.

It is something you must remember.

I have been walking this path through many healing modalities—Inner Child work, Soul Retrieval, Jaguar Medicine, Womb Healing, Ho'oponopono, Lomilomi—and what I keep arriving at is the same truth every single time:

The wairua does not ask, "How do I become whole?"

It asks, "What must I release so my original song can be heard again?"

Every healing journey is simply a tuning process. A return. A hokinga mahara: coming home to the frequency you have always been.

Your ancestors knew this song.

The land remembers it.

And beneath the noise of your lived experience—beneath the survival patterns, the people-pleasing, the hypervigilance, the shame—it is still humming.

You are not lost.

You are out of tune.

And the blueprint is waiting.

So I ask you this, from one seeker to another:

🌀 What frequency are you ready to reclaim?

Is it the courage of your Inner Child?

The sovereignty of your Womb?

The retrieved power of a fragmented soul piece?

The forgiveness that sets your lineage free?

Whatever it is, it is not outside of you. It never was. It is the note you were born to sing, and the world is quieter without it.

Drop a 🌀 in the comments if you feel the call to remember.

And if this resonates deeply, feel free to share it. Someone in your circle might be standing at the edge of their own remembering, and your share could be the permission they need.

With so much aroha,

Whaea Kat
