What a beautiful morning.
A heartfelt thank you to the seven incredible women who joined us for our very first Neurodivergent Women's Circle. Your openness, honesty, courage and willingness to share your lived experiences created such a warm, safe and accepting space. It was a privilege to witness the connections, laughter, insights and genuine sense of belonging that unfolded throughout the morning.
We're also grateful to everyone who expressed interest but couldn't attend due to timing. Your messages have shown us just how needed this community is, and we'll certainly be exploring future gatherings at different times so more women have the opportunity to join us.
A very special thank you to the Swan Valley Sports Club for generously providing the beautiful meeting space, along with tea, coffee and biscuits. Your support helped create a welcoming environment where meaningful conversations could flourish.
Thank you also to Ally from Befriend Swan for your encouragement, support and collaboration, and to Created Kinship Australia and The Homestead Community Hub Inc. for believing in the importance of creating inclusive spaces where neurodivergent women can connect, feel seen and know they are not alone.
This is only the beginning, and we can't wait to gather again.
