🎉2026 Freedom Day Festival🎉

What an incredible experience from the powerful stories and cultural celebrations to the music, art, sport, and strong sense of community vibe, it was a weekend we're still thinking about and one we'll never forget.

It was a privilege to come together on Gurindji Country and be part of this special event, celebrating the legacy of the Wave Hill Walk-Off and the enduring strength, resilience, and culture of the Gurindji people.

A huge thank you to the organisers, performers, volunteers, and community members who made everyone feel so welcome.

We leave with wonderful memories, meaningful connections, and a deeper appreciation for the history and significance of Freedom Day!!.
