About the Role
Capable Care Services is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our team in Katherine, NT. This role focuses on providing domestic assistance to support people with disability to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while promoting independence in their daily lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
✅Assisting participants with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and general household duties
✅Supporting with basic meal preparation
✅Helping maintain a safe and hygienic home environment
✅Assisting with shopping or essential errands if required
✅Encouraging independence in everyday tasks
✅Building respectful and supportive relationships with participants
✅Following care plans and workplace policies
✅Maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Experience & Qualifications
➡️No prior experience required — training will be provided
➡️NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
➡️Cleared Police Check
➡️Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred)
➡️First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
