Online Winter Breathwork

Winter is such a tender time to slow down and come home to yourself.

If you’ve been holding a lot — stress, tension, old emotions, or patterns that don’t feel like yours — you’re welcome here.

Each week we’ll gather online for a gentle, trauma-informed breathwork circle. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced. We’ll move at your pace, with care and compassion.

~ Together we’ll create space to:
- Softly release stress and tension from your body and nervous system
- Meet and gently move stored emotions that have been waiting to be felt

Notice and untangle intergenerational patterns that may not belong to you, so you can choose something different

Feel safe enough to return to yourself just as you are 🦋

Reflect and journal if it feels supportive

This practice is especially gentle and supportive if you live with complex PTSD, CPTSD, or PTSD.
