The BMMF signage team had a lovely surprise visit yesterday! With Steve Poltz, Harry Manx, Dom Turner and Mary Coughlan. So grateful. What a wonderful festival this is! Thanks Bob Charters. You are a legend. And thanks to all the amazing artists, volunteers, site managers, volunteer coordinators, etc. And thanks to my wonderful team. You rock! We will be back next year! Can’t wait! ❤️

I feel so grateful for all my northern rivers friends. I love you to the moon and back. I love that we share all that we are with each other. Authentically. We now need community more than ever. Blessed we are. ❤️

Our last Ecstatic Dance of the year was powerful and so much fun! 🌸

Dancers were invited to bring any emotion that was present for them and explore it with the help of the dance.
Not to let go of, but to open and listen.
All our emotions have a message for us.
And they want our attention!

I will be back on the 8th of February for a monthly Ecstatic Dance.

Dance is such an amazing medicine.
