Workshop: Our Bodies, Our Health
Focus: Supporting women with disabilities to understand and advocate for their health across all life stages. This session creates a safe, respectful, and judgment free space to explore topics that are often overlooked. Participants will be supported to build confidence in understanding their bodies and communicating their health needs. The aim is to normalise conversations and empower informed decision making.
🌸September: Spring Cleaning Within (Holistic Renewal)
Workshop: Bounce Into Spring: Gentle Movement and Mindfulness
Focus: Refreshing habits and routines through accessible physical and mental wellbeing practices. As the seasons change, this workshop encourages participants to reset in a way that feels achievable and supportive. It focuses on gentle, low impact activities that promote both physical comfort and emotional balance. The session is suitable for all mobility levels and energy capacities.

Workshop: Mindful Self Compassion and Stress Management

This session acknowledges the higher rates of isolation, anxiety, and low mood experienced within the disability community. Workshop: Fueling Your Body: Accessible Cooking and Nutrition
