Jo's main aim is to help you relax, let go and be in the moment. We are often so busy looking after everybody else that we forget we need to look after ourselves as well. Make sure you take the time to look after yourself today and book in for a relaxation massage. Jo studied Psychology and Social Work at University and after a number of years working in this field she recognised the link between

good health and wellbeing and massage therapy. As such Jo has recently completed her Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and is working towards her Diploma in Massage Therapy.

Another Easter Egg Hunt done and dusted! A huge thank you to all the businesses who are involved each year. Every business donates the eggs at their stop, as well as agrees to a very busy 1.5 hours at the end of the day, and their generosity continues to astound me! Be sure to support these local businesses where you can, so they can continue to support our community in this way.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt is back again this year and registrations are now open to book your children in to their preferred timeslot.
