Beyond excited to have trained one of our local staff in first aid. Not only did they surprise us with their knowledge but when simulated a real life scenario, they team surprised us with their ability to act promptly and appropriately

Most people think first aid is just a box you tick.

You do the course. You get the certificate. You forget about it.
But the real benefit?

It changes how you show up when things go wrong.
Confidence under pressure.
Knowing what to do instead of freezing.
Being the person others look to in a crisis.

And honestly? That’s a pretty underrated thing to give someone especially around Christmas.

Not another candle. Not socks. A skill they carry for life.

My 2025 Wrapped is here and it still doesn’t feel real.

This year I quit my job, took First Aid Everyday full-time, taught 33,300 minutes of lifesaving skills, and saw 86% of my students come back for more.

And yes… Lyla ended up being my “Top Artist” because apparently I talked to her more than anyone else 😂

Thank you to everyone who supported, booked, learned, recommended, reviewed, or even just cheered me on this year.
