Another Christmas in July celebration is in the books, and what a wonderful evening it was! 🎄❤️

It was a celebration to remember and our residents were even surprised by a very special visitor, who arrived with lucky door prizes and plenty of smiles to spread a little extra Christmas magic. 🎅🎁

A heartfelt thanks again to our incredible Social Group, led by the amazing Sandra and Ann for their creativity, generosity and countless hours of planning that transformed the evening into something truly special for everyone.

Christmas comes twice a year at Cranbrook Residences... and our residents wouldn't have it any other way! 🎄✨

Tonight we're celebrating our much-loved Christmas in July Dinner, with an incredible 64 residents coming together for an evening of festive food, laughter and friendship.

A very special thank you goes to Ann and Sandra, along with their amazing team of helpers, who have planned every detail with military precision. From the beautiful decorations to the delicious home-cooked feast, they've poured their hearts into creating a truly magical evening.

We honestly don't know what we'd do without these incredibly generous, talented, energetic and kind people. They are the heart of our wonderful community, and tonight is a testament to the joy they bring to everyone around them.

We can't wait to share photos of all the festive fun and frivolity with you tomorrow! 🎅❄️❤️

Our Café was buzzing with cowboy hats, boots and big hair last Friday night as we hosted our very own Dolly Parton Tribute Show!
It was fantastic to see so many people getting into the spirit by dressing up to enjoy Dorathy Cooper's wonderful performance. Dorathy even found her very own Kenny Rogers in the crowd, convincing our own Bill to join her on stage for a memorable duet!
A big thank you to our Social Group for transforming the Café with their fantastic decorations and for serving up delicious hot dogs, followed by apple pie and ice cream to keep everyone well fed throughout the evening.
Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a fun and memorable night!

Not just neighbours, but great friendships are being created at Cranbrook Residences.
Garry kindly invited John, Dave, Chris and Bill to the ActronAir Corporate Box at CommBank Stadium to watch the Parramatta Eels take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
While the result on the scoreboard wasn't the one they were hoping for, it was a fantastic night out filled with great company, plenty of laughs, and lasting memories.

It takes a village, they say — and that's certainly true at Cranbrook Residences! 💛☕
We proudly hosted Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, and our wonderful community came together to make it a tremendous success.
From organising prizes, buying, selling and folding raffle tickets, MCing the event, drawing the raffle, handing out prizes, and bringing along a plate of scrumptious treats to share, everyone played a part.
And, of course, many residents were lucky enough to take home some fantastic prizes!
With just over 70 residents, we are thrilled to announce that we raised an incredible $3,450 — our highest total to date for this event. 🎉
A very special shout-out to Olga and Joan, who went above and beyond to help make the day such a success. Your dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Robin from Rainbow Fashions this week for another wonderful shopping experience at Cranbrook Residences.
Our residents always enjoy the opportunity to browse and shop from a beautiful selection of clothing.
A special shout-out to Nita, Monika, and Gael for stepping up to the challenge of modelling Robin’s stunning fashions.
Their confidence, enthusiasm and radiant smiles helped make the Fashion Parade a great success and brought plenty of joy to everyone watching.

The cold, wet weather didn’t deter our residents from enjoying a fantastic night out last Friday.
A big thank you to The Italian Guy – Woodfire Pizza & Catering, who cooked up a storm and kept the pizzas flowing all evening to our Cafe.
The night kicked off with a delicious Garlic Cheese Pizza, followed by an assortment of mouth-watering flavours including Pepperoni, Vegetarian, Hawaiian, San Daniele, Patate e Salsiccia, and BBQ Chicken. To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a sweet treat of Nutella Pizza for dessert.
It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter, conversation and plenty of delicious food.
Those who attended also had the pleasure of meeting our newest residents who have recently deposited on a fabulous apartment and will soon be joining our community.

We were delighted to welcome Lisa from Proud Mary to our Café for an engaging and informative presentation showcasing their exciting 2027 travel experiences. Specialising in complete door-to-door touring, Lisa shared a wonderful selection of upcoming holiday adventures with our residents and guests.

The standout favourite of the morning was the spectacular 6-Day Murray River Cruise, combined with visits to Monarto Safari Park and the beautiful Barossa Valley, departing in March next year.

Guests also enjoyed a delicious complimentary morning tea, generously provided by Proud Mary, while discovering more about the upcoming tours and travel opportunities.


Lisa must have done something right — with 13 guests signing up and securing their places with deposits by the end of the presentation!

It’s safe to say our 2027 social calendar is already shaping up to be an exciting one.

Yesterday we were fortunate to welcome The Hills Shire Council Road Safety Officer Angela, who visited our community to engage with residents on the important topic of road safety.

The presentation was engaging, interactive, and highly informative, with plenty of practical tips shared in a fun and approachable way. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the session and appreciated the opportunity to learn more about staying safe on the roads and as pedestrians.

Thank you, Angela, for making road safety education so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated your visit and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
