After a wonderful weekend away at the Bunbury Yoga Festival, we have returned feeling super inspired and excited to share interesting sessions with you all ✨

Last night Dee guided you all through a lovely Twilight Yoga class with the soothing sounds of her ocean drum to finish 🌊 If you missed it, you can join Dee James every Monday on the mat at 6pm for these sunset, relaxing sessions.

This week, I’ll be sharing a new yoga flow with delightful music to match 🎶 I also have new instruments on the way for our next sound healing which will be released this week.

Nothing like a weekend away with good vibes, lovely people and the magic of yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

School mummas! A loving reminder that our 9am Pilates on Thursday’s will be open for kids 6+ to sit quietly in the back with a book or device 😊

I’m hoping that this will allow some of you to keep moving while the kids are on school holidays 🩵

**Please keep the calm vibe by asking kids to stay in the “kid zone” with headphones and minimal noise (no device sounds please).

For insurance and safety, this is not a childminding service and parents remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times 🫶
