I was recently diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency. It surprised me… but at the same time, it didn’t.

I’ve been spending far too much time indoors and not nearly enough time outside enjoying the sunshine. It’s a good reminder that even here in Australia, vitamin D deficiency can happen.

I came across this short video and found it really interesting. It certainly gave me something to think about, and I thought it might be helpful to share.

…and for those also who think ‘push button’ ignitions are a new thing… you’re mistaken. We had a Tippa truck on the farm which had the button and at the time I thought it was so old school. Now I have a push button in my Mazda - wouldn’t want to go back to keys! ☺️☺️😁
