Advance Massage & Muscle Therapy is proud to be partnering with The Equip Project, a community-led wellbeing initiative helping rural communities build resilience, preparedness and mental wellbeing in the face of extreme weather events such as fires, floods and drought.

Alongside other participating local businesses including The Bellbrook Hotel and Macleay Valley Rural, eligible Upper Macleay residents can receive a $50 voucher after completing the Equip Project survey.

Your voucher can be used toward a massage appointment with Advance Massage & Muscle Therapy, or with other participating local businesses.

Massage can be a valuable way to support both physical and mental wellbeing — helping reduce stress, ease muscle tension and encourage recovery.
