We are delighted to welcome Dr Daniel Jak, who will be joining our team from Wednesday, 22 July.
Dr Jak brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our community.
After graduating from Griffith University, Dr Jak gained extensive experience working in emergency and critical care medicine, giving him a broad range of skills across many aspects of healthcare. Before becoming a doctor, he proudly served in the Australian Defence Force and also completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, bringing a unique depth of knowledge and life experience to his practice.
As a father of four and a local western suburbs resident, Dr Jak understands the importance of caring for families at every stage of life. His special interests include:

🔬 Minor procedures
Outside of work, you’ll find Dr Jak spending time with his family, coaching soccer, playing golf, or enjoying his garden.
