The focus of MAMABirth Classes is keeping labour & birth normal, aiming to empower parents to achieve a positive birthing & early postnatal experience, w

MAMABirth Classes are ideal for pregnant women & people in any maternity care model, regardless of their lead care provider, for first-time parents (especially) and parents who have had babies before.
