I have been wanting to share this one with you all since the launch in Sydney.

Our Doula Support Solutions Program proudly partnered with University of Montana and Charles Darwin University for this new important research and short film on the positive difference our post natal doula program makes to at risk families.

I could not be more excited to share this with you all.

Doulas can and do make a positive impact in so many important and varied spaces.

Dying to Know Day is an annual Australian campaign held nationally on August 8, 2026, led by Proveda, focusing on the theme "Nobody Knows" to encourage open conversations about death, dying, grief, and end-of-life planning.

I love and support this annual day that raises an opportunity to start conversations about this huge transition we are all going to take at some point, with your loved ones.

This year the project is inviting Aussie's to add their final song to the offical Dying to Know playlist on Spotify.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! 🤣🤣🤣

A massive shout out to my mum today and everyday! And to my daughters and daughter in law who are all doing an exceptional job raising my divine grand babies. You are remarkable women and I'm so proud of you all and all you do.

To my family and friends whose mummas are not with them today, I send lots of warm hugs your way.

Being a mumma has been the biggest, most important job I've been gifted this life time and I never take it for granted.

ITS WORLD DOULA WEEK! ♥️

Happy International Women’s Day!

A day for reflection, appreciation, gratitude and a reminder that we have a long way to go before all women and girls are free from violence, inequalities in health and education, pay gaps, under representation in political and leadership roles, unpaid labour and poverty......just to name a few sh*tty things that urgently need to be better addressed.

I honour all the women in my family today, the wonderful WTTF and DSS team and the trail blazers who came before me in our industry. We all stand on the shoulders of some wild and remarkable women that I am forever grateful for.
