I am incredibly proud to announce that I have recently obtained my Certificate in Oncology Massage through Oncology Massage Global. This was a fascinating and deeply meaningful course that highlighted the importance of specialized care during what can be a confronting and overwhelming time for individuals diagnosed with cancer.

Oncology massage is specifically designed to support people from diagnosis, through treatment, and into recovery, with evidence-based techniques that help manage pain, anxiety, and depression. I am truly passionate about providing a safe space for self-care and time out, and I look forward to supporting and helping individuals through such a challenging period.

This past week I had the opportunity to attend a cupping course. So incredibly informative and inspiring. I’m certainly looking forward to incorporating this modality into my treatments.
These two days were made even better with seeing these two fabulous therapists. We graduated together and their support and friendship has been invaluable to me. So loved catching up Kelly and Linda 💗.
