Creative Arts Process.
Exploring Perspective.
What do you see in each image?
Our perspective has many different views. Looking at your finished art process from. Different perspectives can provide different insights and viewpoints.
Providing one with different aha moments to integrate into our everyday lives.
When inquiring into the creative arts process we can have a multitude of viewpoints.
Using digital tools we can take a picture of our art, a digital drawing etc.. Using tools such as rotation, mirroring, increasing and decreasing magnification etc.. providing different perspectives to explore through phenomenological inquiry.
Journaling what we see through different view points of perspective and creative writing styles. Possibly highlighting what stands out & through these creative processes. Potentially gathering new insights about self. Integrating these new knowings into our everyday lives.
Perspective isn't fixed it's forever evolving and changing growing and taking on new forms. As we grow we self actualise into a new form of self. Shifting perspectives and growing into a more healthier version of self.
Yesterday I did a quick exploration of opinion and perspective. I drew in shapes lines and colour on black paper. I found myself triggered by something I had read.
This process brought me back into the present moment providing regulation for my nervous system.
After self inquiry into my art process I was reminded that no matter how much you are concerned about the welfare of another. Their viewpoint is individually shaped by their ability to take on another perspective. This can be singular or multiple perspectives. There are many viewpoints. Some people are able to look at all viewpoints. Others only hold the ability to see one. Having a creative divergent thought pattern harnessing multiple perspectives I am blessed to be able to see multiple view points. Everyone's perspective is unique to their own viewpoint shaped by their individual lived experience.
I invite you to try this art process for yourself and tag me if you'd like.
