June is Migraine Awareness Month!!
Migraines are more than just severe headaches. They are usually one-sided and often have a throbbing or pounding quality. They can often involve nausea, visual disturbances, dizziness and light and sound sensitivity. They can last from a few hours to several days.
Osteopathy may help by improving muscle tension and alignment in the upper back and neck, by addressing postural issues and by helping you understand and manage potential triggers
