High-performance medicine is ultimately judged by one thing: availability.

Over the past 18 months, we’ve worked through one of the most demanding periods in football, competing across multiple competitions, travelling internationally, and managing constant performance load.

Last 3 months alone:

• 19 matches
• 57 training sessions
• Only 3 time-loss injuries
• Also winning the inaugural Aus Championship

That’s 3.19 injuries per 1000 match hours — compared to A league which is 31.29 injuries per 1000 match hours and 23.8 injuries per 1000 match hours

While doing this, the team continues to perform:
2nd in OFC
1st in NPL
