The year I started putting myself back on the list

1 year ago, I decided to put ME first.
I started slowing down.
Washing my hair.
Moisturising my face.
Massaging my skin.
Giving myself permission to care for me too.

This ritual - only 10 minutes- became just as important to me as meditation.
