It’s easy to think back pain is just “one of those things.”
Something that comes and goes… something you just push through.
But when you stop and think about it... millions of people are dealing with it every day. Not just occasionally, but in how they sit, move, work, sleep, and live.
And what most people don’t realise is that it’s rarely about one single cause.
It’s often the accumulation of small, everyday habits:
• long periods sitting
• not enough movement
• positions we stay in for too long
• stress that the body never quite switches off from
Individually, they seem harmless.
Together, they start to add up.
That’s why so many people find it keeps coming back — not because nothing is working, but because the underlying load hasn’t changed.
The good news is, it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Small shifts in how you move, how often you move, and how you break up your day can start to change how your body responds over time.
Just remember, healing and change takes time. Be patient, give your body a chance to make better adaptations.
If you feel that you feel stuck with your progression, give us a call so I can show you why your body may not be responding.
