The most delicious & simple protein granola you’ll ever make ♥️
2 cups rolled oats (GF Optional)
1/2 cup emika vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg & all spice
1/2 cup dried fruits, coconut or nuts


đź“– To make this recipe, follow these steps:
Prep: preheat the oven to 180C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and protein powder.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup in 20-second intervals until the peanut butter melts.
3. Pour the melted peanut butter and maple syrup mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
4. Transfer the protein granola mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly.
5. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes at the recommended temperature, making sure to stir the granola halfway through.
6. Once baked, remove the granola from the oven and give it another mix before allowing it to cool completely.
7. Once cooled to room temperature, transfer the granola into a large mixing bowl and add your desired mix-ins.
