Did you know that headaches and migraines can be treated and managed with your physiotherapist, exercise physiologist and massage therapist?
Research is showing in the last decade that manual therapies, acupuncture and exercise are safe and effective ways of managing tensional headaches (muscles causing/worsening headaches), cervicogenic headaches (headaches from impairments on the upper joints of your neck) and migraines.
The frequency and the intensity of the headaches can be improved for several patients.
