And one more delayed shout out to another part of our Empower family - with Jonah Antonio and his Gangurru team mates bringing home a silver medal from the Commonwealth games in the Men's 3x3 Basketball.

Jonah's bought a wealth of knowledge through the clinic that he has shared generously over the years - about what it actually like being a professional athlete... and that knowledge gets payed forward routinely. Luv ya work mate.

The men's Australian Gangurrus finished with silver at Glasgow 2026, while it was gold for the women's and men's wheelchair teams.
