Stress Was Designed to Save Your Life. Not Run It.

Thousands of years ago, stress had a clear purpose.

The problem is that the human nervous system hasn't evolved as quickly as modern life.

Many people spend hours each day in a low-level state of alertness without realising it.

Over time this can affect:

• Concentration

• Decision-making
• Physical health

Stress itself isn't the enemy.

In fact, stress can help us perform, adapt, and grow.

The challenge comes when the body never receives the signal that it is safe to switch off.

Burnout isn’t just being tired. It’s what happens when your mind and body have been in “push through” mode for too long without enough recovery.
