One of the main ways to protect yourself against cervical cancer is by getting a regular Co-test (which used to be called a Pap smear and tests for high risk HPV and a pap test together aka co-testing). Most often, these tests can be done at home with a home-test kit and sent off for results. Occasionally, you may need a follow up, just in case!
In today's video, Dr. Greg details why women should regularly have a co-test, what happpens if it should come back abnormal, and what next steps to take in that case 🧡
If you'd like to speak to Dr. Greg about your co-test results, get a second opinion, or feel like you might like to have an exam with an OBGYN, please feel free to reach out to us at the link in our bio, by phone, or through email!
