Low tox living doesn’t begin with perfection. It begins with awareness.
Noticing what’s already in your home. What you’re putting on your skin. What you’re breathing in. What your daily routines are built from, often without question.
You don’t need to change everything at once. In fact, trying to do that is usually what makes change feel overwhelming.
Instead, start simple.
Swap one product when it runs out. Read one label you’ve never looked at before. Open a window more often than you reach for a spray. Choose one area of your home and bring a little more intention into it.
These small shifts begin to add up. Not as restriction, but as refinement. A way of slowly reducing what doesn’t support you, and making more space for what does.
Low tox living is less about elimination, and more about connection to your body, your environment, and the way you want to feel in your everyday life.
