I was told only on this Thursday (two days ago) by practice manager, that online booking had been "switched off" partially for a long period of time by practice manager, without my knowledge. It had since been fixed on Thursday, I was told.

Hello all, I am interested in ADHD stimulant prescription shared care-please make an appointment with me, and I will refer you to a psychiatrist with a wait time for the initial assessment around 2-4 weeks.

I have completed the new 2025 NSW training for GPs doing ADHD prescriptions (General Authority as a continuation prescriber), therefore I am able to provide ongoing stimulant prescription for ADHD patients and monitor accordingly.

I think it is fair to say that the Nov medicare change is encouraging "6 min medicine" which will cost lives. GPs who refuse to do 6 min medicine actually gain absolutely NOTHING.

Plenty of doctors had voice their concern about medicare. Our good GPs are thinking about retiring due to 10 20 years of ongoing disappointment. Doctors are telling their kids to NOT become GPs. That will cost government more as problems will present late to hospitals. It will cost lives.
