Want to turn our online booking link into an “app” on your phone?

We understand that life happens. Things pop up. And during the day we are often with clients, so we’re not always able to respond to calls or text messages straight away.

Here’s a simple way to make managing your appointments even easier.
You can save our online booking page to your phone’s home screen so it looks and behaves like an app, without downloading anything from the App Store or Google Play.

Once it’s saved:
• The booking page opens in one tap
• Many phones remember your log in details
• You’re more likely to stay signed in
• Rescheduling or cancelling is quick and simple

How to add it to your home screen:
iPhone using Safari
1. Open our booking link in Safari
2. Tap the Share icon
3. Select Add to Home Screen
4. Rename it if you like
5. Tap Add

Android using Chrome
1. Open our booking link in Chrome
2. Tap the three dots in the top right
3. Select Add to Home screen
4. Confirm

It will appear as an app style icon on your phone.

This small change can mean fewer calls and texts, more flexibility for you, and smoother appointment management for everyone.

When you book your appointment online and sign in (instead of booking as a guest), you have full control over your booking. This means you can:

• Reschedule your appointment if plans change
• Cancel your appointment easily online
• Manage your bookings at a time that suits you

Booking as a guest doesn’t give you this flexibility, so we always recommend signing in when you book.

Hi everyone,

Sally is back from leave and it’s lovely to be back in the clinic supporting our community. Her appointment book has been filling quickly, so we encourage you not to leave bookings to the last minute.

Sally’s current clinic days and hours for 2026 are:

• Monday: 7am to 2pm
• Tuesday: 6am to 6pm
• Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday: 6am to 6pm
• Friday: 8am to 12pm
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed

From 1 February 2026, you will notice some changes to our pricing structure and service offerings.

One significant update is that the 40 minute appointment with Sally will be phased out. Instead, we’re excited to be trialling a combined massage and chiropractic adjustment option. This will allow clients to enjoy a massage with Agustín, followed by a quick adjustment with Sally. A lovely, supportive way to get the best of both worlds. Watch this space for more details.

If you’d like to secure a time with Sally, we recommend booking ahead to avoid missing out.

We wanted to let you know that the clinic will be closed from Sunday, 21 December and will reopen on Thursday 15 January 2026.

Sally is taking some well-deserved time off, and we hope you all enjoy a restful break as well.

An Important Note About Appointments

Over the past few weeks we’ve had quite a few missed appointments, so we’ve made the decision to update our missed appointment process.

Sally’s availability is a little limited at the moment, and each appointment is an important opportunity for someone in our community to receive care. When a booking is missed, it often means another person misses out on the support they need.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Missed appointments will now incur the full appointment fee, and this will need to be paid before another booking can be made.

We truly appreciate your understanding, your respect for our time, and the care you show for others in our community.

With Matt, finishing up his time in Kununurra as a Chiropractor, we understand this change may impact those who regularly receive chiropractic care.

Sally is currently working reduced hours as she continues to balance her roles as principal chiropractor at Ord Valley Chiropractic, director of Riverfig Collective, and as a mum. We’re working towards increasing her clinic hours so we can continue supporting those in our community who need care.

We’re very fortunate to have such a dedicated and diverse team of practitioners at Riverfig Collective, offering a range of holistic health services to support your wellbeing.
