When I need to take time away from the world for a little bit 💜 It's makes me a better person for ME and for my family n friends 🧡

My time alone is spent differently. Sometimes I need a nap, or I sit in my backyard (in the rainforest) with a cuppa, or I watch a chilled movie 💫
