I was fortunate enough yesterday to be gifted a massage session with another beautiful local bodywork practitioner and when I walked away from it I was so deeply impacted by the beauty and profundity of human touch.

Touch is my favourite part of my work... to work in a space where I have the privilege to drop in with another in deep presence and offer devotional, loving and sacred touch is such a gift and one that I never tire of giving.

But my session yesterday reminded me how beautiful it is to receive and how deeply wired humans are to give and exchange loving touch.

Maybe you read this and you think "Oh yeah, I experience a lot of touch. I'm all good" But how often do you really?

A quick peck on the cheek, a hurried goodbye hug, s~x that provides a quick release but somehow still leaves you hungry?

How often are you touched in a way that makes your skin melt, that lights your body up with ecstatic pulses of electricity? That meets you in your innermost core and satiates your soul? How often does touch pe*****te you deeper than the superficial surface of your skin?

For many, the answer is not often enough. For many more the answer is never and we live in a state of perpetual hunger for it, not really even understanding what it is we are aching for.

To be seen. To be felt. To be held in such deep, loving presence that all the bullsh*t melts away and we are left with nothing but the reflection of our own inherent beauty and divinity.

It is my deep desire that all humans receive the deep nourishment of touch that their bodies are craving and I implore you all to share the gift with those you love.

Hug your loved ones with slowness and presence. Pause and feel them. Meet their eyes and be with them in the moment. Touch with intention... that each meeting of skin is a scared offering and an opportunity to pour love and nourishment into their being.

Recognise that touch is fundamental to wellness in our human bodies and it is a necessity, not a luxury.

After a blissful couple of weeks of honouring my own being ~ camping, swimming, connecting and a whole lot of nature time ~ I am excited to share my new temple!

Still located in the Kuranda Original Rainforest Market I am now down in the centre, in the Sacred Hearth space ✨

A beautiful word came into my sphere recently, shared through one of my teachers….
Therapeia.
And this word, a gift from the old world, found its place in me.

We know its echo in our time: therapy, it is known as now.
A treatment, a fixing,a thing done to us, clinical and detached.
But therapeia is older than cure,
older than correction.

Therapeia is not a doing.
It is a sacred being with.
A reverent offering.
A deep listening.

It does not seek to mend what is broken, for nothing is.
It does not diagnose the soul, but bows to its wholeness.

The one who walks beside in therapeia is called the therapon—not a fixer, not a healer,
but a loving companion.
A witness.
A servant of presence.

Therapeia holds space for an inner remembering.
Sitting with the body, psyche, and spirit as if each were a temple.
It tends the wild garden of the self—
not pruning, not plucking,
but honouring every thorn and bloom alike.

It is being with the divine within us—
with our pain and our beauty,
with the wreckage and the resurrection,
with the soft ache of becoming.

Therapeia trusts.
It trusts the storm.
It trusts the silence.
It trusts the alchemy of time,
and the wisdom that lives in our bones.

We are not puzzles to be solved,but mysteries to be met.

And therapeia is how we help one another remember the way.

Have you ever considered that our s~xual energy can be used to create MORE life and not just another life?

Have you ever thought about the incredible potency of the energy that can be used to create an entirely new being and wondered what happens to it when we are not in the process of creating a human?

For many people this energy is simply wasted. The inherited conditioning that we hold teaches us that s~xual energy is limited to either biological purposes or at best, for fleeting moments of pleasure. Through this approach our s~xual energy has become congested and our bodies tense. Our habit of repressing our life force or forcing it unconsciously down pre-disposed pathways has resulted in a chronic inversion, preventing this naturally expansive energy from moving freely through our body and bringing us the vitality and aliveness that is our birthright. Our conditioning has overridden our deeper knowing that s~x and spirituality have never been separate. That s~x in its highest form is inextricably linked with the Divine and that through it we have the potential to access states of vitality, bliss and oneness that are in fact the true nature of our being.

Sacred breath, ever present she alights at the tip of my being delicate as a hummingbird meeting the flower. “Let’s dance” she whispers and I surrender and open to her subtle bliss as she enters with sweet caress. I draw her inward with delicious expansion, delighting in the pulse of electricity that she ignites in my body as she spirals free and unencumbered. My soft opening granting full permission for her to permeate my depths. I invite her to to stay, to meet me here in the wide expanse of my belly and in her embrace I hold her as tenderly as I would a lover. Time stands still as we plunge into infinite nothingness. The nothingness that is everything. The vast abyss where all things are created and where all things return. We dance in Divine alchemy and she reminds me where I came from. As I exhale I revel in a fresh wave of bliss as I return to my feeling body and the ecstasy of life as it becomes known through my senses. Breath enters me again, this time in a flood of pleasure, reminding me of the sacred gift that is life. With awe and reverence I receive the offering, moving my awareness to the delicious dance of the senses as they play with life around me. My perceptions heightened, I receive the kiss of the wind upon my bare skin, the breath of the earth removing all illusion of separation as I experience myself as a microcosm of the macrocosm, breathing and being breathed in an infinite loop through all space and time. Divine lover, I have known you for eternity.

What is Ta**ra?

Ta**ra is one of the world’s most ancient spiritual traditions with it’s first written record being known over 5,000 years ago. All yogic pathways are derived from some form of the Ta***ic teachings and Ta**ra is practiced worldwide in different varieties through the Tao, Tibetan, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain and Geisha traditions.

Ta**ra is a process of creating unity from duality order to reach expanded states of consciousness, which includes the harmonious union of masculine and feminine energies both within ourselves and in connection with others.

Ta**ra leads us along the pathway to “know thyself” and in doing so we discard the layers of our personality and lower nature in order to reach the Divine states of bliss and oneness that are in fact the truth of our nature.

Ta**ra embraces us in our ‘humanness’. It recognises each of us as a microcosm of the macrocosm and rather than denying our human senses and sensual natures, Ta**ra teaches us how to elevate them to their highest expression.

Ta**ra is not a religion, but a way of life.
