Looking for the right Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience in Mental Health?
Meet Alex....
Hi, I am Alexander Hall. I am Registered Nurse and Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health, emergency, education and critical care settings. I specialise in supporting individuals with complex psychosocial, cognitive, and behavioural needs, including participants within the NDIS framework.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and a strong commitment to person-centred, least-restrictive approaches that promote safety, autonomy, and improved quality of life.
In my current roles as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Educator, I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored behavioural interventions for individuals with complex diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, personality disorders, and dual diagnoses. I am also actively involved in staff education and clinical leadership, supporting healthcare professionals to apply best practice approaches in behavioural management, violence prevention and crisis management.
I have a strong clinical background in mental health nursing, alongside postgraduate qualifications in critical care nursing and ongoing advanced training in prescribing. The combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement allows me to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and meaningful outcomes for clients I support.
Alex currently has capacity to support you to reach your goals.
