🌳 The Roots Remember

As a child, I spent countless hours outdoors and around a magnificent Plane Tree at Mas Méjean in Provence.

Only later did I realise that nature was always communicating with us.

This guided Roots Journey meditation was inspired by that tree, and the wisdom hidden beneath its roots.

Find a tree.
Sit quietly.
Place your feet on the earth.
Allow yourself to journey below the surface.

This practice offers a glimpse into the deeper nature connection we will be exploring during our Nature Whisperer Retreat in St Rémy de Provence this October with Grandmother Sane Laan Moonwalker.
