Kyogle -Yoga Wellbeing Yoga Classes and Zen Thai Shiatsu

I use a slow approach with long holds of poses that open the body up to deeply stretch and balance through to mindful movements that flow from one pose to the next to build strength, stamina and improve fitness. Modifications to poses are always available so you can easily work at your own pace and according to your own bodies needs. Classes conclude with a short relaxation and offer a supportive

and nurturing environment. Term 2 classes start 1st May 2014

Thursdays 5.30 - 6.45pm

$7 pay by the term, casual rates available

A unique, slow practice aiming to relax the emotional, mental and physical body to create a soothing effect on the nervous system. Experience long-held postures supported by props for deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the nervous system.
