Manaaki Care (Ma-nah-key) are a boutique NDIS Provider, and we specialise in focusing on and prioritising our participants' individual and personal wellbeing.

We service the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Maitland areas and we have an open book and welcome new referrals.
We also offer STA/respite and provide rental properties specifically for Supported Independent Living/ILO in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland areas.
Manaaki currently has 3 lovely SIL homes available in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie areas.
Edgeworth – 1:3 psychosocial (2 vacancies available)
Friendly, creative female, looking for two housemates to join her.
Participant appreciates accessing the community to achieve her CP goals, such as the beach, swimming, art therapy and bowling.
Wallsend - 1:3 Psychosocial (3 vacancies available)
Fletcher- 1:3 Physical- Wheel chair assessable (1 vacancy available)
2 funny friendly males between 40 and 60, enjoy a yarn and accessing the community to achieve their CP goals.
We are a boutique registered NDIS Service Providerwho:
* Focus on prioritising our service participants’ individual and emotional wellbeing, working collaboratively with participants stakeholders.
* Values safety and quality of life for our participants and staff, our team is experienced and qualified in disability and mental health support with initial and recurring training programs put in place to maintain the highest standards of care.
* Participants can rest assured that their priorities will be respected and that we put a focus on providing high-quality support.
* We actively recruit our employees based on a participants weekly hours request, their mental health needs and their social and cultural requirements.
* Currently we are a team of professional, dedicated support workers, with mixed experienced in mental health, disabilities, trauma response, substance use. We have 2 competent supportive team leaders who work above and beyond. We also have 4 professional, compassionate Registered nurses on our team, 5 Psychosocial recovery coaches and our amazing trainer and assessor.
As a Registered NDIS Service Provider, we can provide the following classes of support.

* 0108 Assist-Travel/Transport
* 0114 Community Nursing Care
* 0115 Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Manaaki Care are affiliated with the local Māori culture group, Te UKaipo.
Rangi has been a valued member for the past 12 years and appreciates what Te-Ukaipo have to offer when participants are wanting to achieve their cultural goals or experience Māori culture.
